I'm having this exact same issue, and it's not just with Origins, it's with all the DLC maps. My copy of bo2 is from steam but I torrented all the DLCs. TranZit text and voicelines work fine but none of the DLCs do. Is this an issue with the DLC torrent file? I'm experiencing the same problem across all DLC maps in BO2, not just Origins.
